Therapy is not a quick fix cure or magic wand - but does require commitment, determination and motivation.
BUT most importantly - the acceptance that something needs to change, for you to change!
"Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
Albert Einstein
Sometimes only one or two sessions are needed for simple problems like stopping smoking, nail biting or test nerves.
Children's problems can normally be helped in only two or three sessions.
However, more deep seated problems like stress, anxiety and panic attacks,
fears and phobias, male and female sexual problems, overeating and eating disorders, drinking too much alcohol and IBS could take anything between 4 and 12 sessions to resolve. The main approach that is used in this kind of therapeutic work is more of the analytical type of therapy.

Julie offers everyone a 30 minute FREE, no obligation private consultation.
Here we meet face-to-face and discuss sessions, fees etc...
There never is any pressure to undertake therapy at all.
The consultation is genuinely without obligation as it is really important you feel comfortable with me as your Therapist, and fully understand what you are undertaking if you choose to go ahead with Therapy.
