Driving fears are extremely common, and can affect learner drivers, newly qualified drivers and drivers who have been driving for many years.
One of the most common fears is for Learner Drivers taking their Driving Test.
I have helped countless people overcome their nerves in an easy and relaxed way.
However, Driving fears come in my guises, and can cause the driver to avoid the situation they fear the most. This in turn can cause the driver to drive miles out of their way, avoid certain roads, routes or weather conditions, or simply worry themselves silly about the pending journey ahead.
This can make the driver feel humiliated, embarrassed, stupid or out of control.
